Account Deletion

You can delete your bGuru account at any time. This page satisfies the App Store and Play Store requirement for a public account-deletion URL.

From inside the app

1. Open the bGuru app.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. Your account is marked for deletion and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. You can cancel the request by signing in again during the grace period.

Without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@bguru.app from the address associated with your account. Include “Account Deletion” in the subject line. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within the same 30-day window.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name, and avatar.
• Your predictions, comments, reactions, and group memberships.
• Push-notification tokens and onboarding metadata.
• Authentication records (email, OAuth links).

What is retained, and why

Anonymous, aggregated metrics — such as the count of users who predicted a given outcome before kickoff — are retained as non-personal data. These aggregates contain no identifier that links back to you. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
